10A/B OREGON USA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION 

Registration Dates: March 6 - June 23
Registration fee must be paid prior to the draw meeting in order to be included in the bracket. Check payments must be received by Monday, June 12th. After that date, online credit card payment will be required for registration.

Draw Meeting
The draw meeting will be held Monday, June 26th – Time/Location TBA. Coaches/Managers are welcome, but not required to attend. Results of the draw will be posted at NCPRDsports.com and tournamentusasoftball.com upon final review.

Oregon USA Requirements
The following items are required by USA for participation in the 2017 10A/B State Championships. Please contact your District USA Representative, or Oregon USA JO Commissioner, Dave Adelhart at (503)504-9005, with any questions regarding the USA forms. All USA forms are available on the USA Softball of Oregon website.

  • USA Official Waiver& Release of Liability & Indemnification Form (USA Official National Championship Roster) –
    original signatures, red-lined and dated by your USA District Representative.
  • USA Official Tournament Entry Form (if your team is planning to play
    in a Regional, Western or National following State)
  • Signed USA Pick-Up Player Form – one per pick-up player as needed
  • Coaches proof of ACE Certification
  • USA Player/Coach ID Cards

Check-In
All players and coaches MUST check-in as a team, with the on-site USA Representative at least 1 hour before their first scheduled game. 2017 USA ID cards or current photo ID is required for each player/coach at check-in. More details to come on check-in locations.

Format/Brackets           
The tournament format will be a 3 Game Guarantee. A link for tournament brackets will be available on ncprdsports.com or online at tournamentusasoftball.com on Tuesday, June 27th.

Weather
The NCPRD Field Update Line – (503)742-4343 will be used to communicate field conditions, game delays, or changes to the tournament schedule.

Dugouts
Teams listed first or at the top of the bracket will take the first base dugout. If a team is playing consecutive games on the same field, they do no need to
move dugouts.

Awards
Plaques and medals will be awarded to the first and second place finishers. Plaques only will be awarded to third place finishers.

Concessions
Home Plate Cafe concessions offers a variety of foods, snacks and beverages at the complex.

Souvenirs
Tournament t-shirts and specialty items will be available for purchase at the complex.
