(One form for each team)

All players listed on the roster MUST submit an online waiver form   
(See link under FORMS on left hand side) 

Maximum players per roster: 

Cornhole - 3

Kickball - 20

Softball - 20

Volleyball - 12

Pickleball - 6

For all sports EXCEPT pickleball, once you have submitted your team roster, any changes need to be sent to the Athletic Coordinator, trevor.brown@coppelltx.gov


For Pickleball League Rosters, follow the instructions described in the WWTPC Pickleball League Rulebook found on the Downloads page. The person who registered the pickleball league team is the captain and should be able to sign into TeamSideline.com and view their team(s). The captain will be able to add and remove players until the date described in the WWTPC Rulebook. After this date, if a captain wishes to make any changes to the roster, please contact the WWTPC League Coordinator. The contact information is in the WWTPC Rulebook
