Submittal of this form does not guarantee rental. All forms will be reviewed by Parks Staff prior to contacting you for rental confirmation and payment.
Field reservation requests will only be reviewed Monday - Thursday and must be submitted atleast 48 hours in advance.
Fees for field rentals are as follows:

$30/HR - Residents $20/HR - Fields
$35/HR - Non Residents $15/HR - Lights
$20/HR - Lights

By completing this form you understand the following:
- Full payment must be made at the time of reservation
- A $5 administrative fee will be charged for changes to an existing reservation
- Our group and I agree to obey all policies set forth by the City and the Parks & Recreation Department
- We are liable for any damages caused to City property during our use
- Our rental could be moved/cancelled due to field closures, weather or rescheduled league games
- It is your responsibility to call the rainout line (972-695-2355) and contact the city to reschedule any weather related cancellations.
