Kayaking for Fitness
(15 and up)


This program is designed to develop paddle techniques while focusing on core muscle groups, and getting your heart pumping. You will not be limited to the slowest person in the group. Participants are encouraged to paddle at their own pace with designed points of interest. Develop kayak skills while getting a great workout! Prior kayaking experience is recommended and activity will be cancelled if weather or other factors deem area unsafe. Space is limited!


(We will provide life jackets if you don’t own one)
Thursdays in May and September at 9 AM
Thursdays, June – August at 8:30 AM
Time: 2.5 hours

Maximum: 6 kayaks
