The coaches at PRC are highly trained and certified, with over 50 years of combined experience. It is our goal to help students be the best they can be, while learning good sportsmanship, work ethic, and develop a self-confidence that will carry over into all aspects of life.

PARENT & TOT (2yrs – 3 1/2yrs)

An adult 16 years or older MUST be able to accompany the child in the class and help with class activities.

This class is perfect for introducing the 2 and 3 year olds to group activities! Fun and physically engaging obstacles are set up that will challenge the children physically and mentally. They can "climb the mountain", ''jump over the lake", "hop like a bunny", and other various course obstacles. Obstacles remain the same for several weeks, to see if they can remember how the obstacle runs and where to go. This builds confidence and independence and prepares them for the next level class.

(45 minutes, includes Tumbling and Trampoline... $35.00 a month)

TUMBLE CUBS (4 years old with no experience, or 3 1/2 years with completion of Parent & Tot class or Coach approval)

This class is for the student ready to begin the basics of Trampoline and Tumbling. Front rolls, bear walks, crab walks, rock and rolls, and spiderman wall walks are among the tumbling skills introduced at this level. Rocket bounces, Pencil Jumps, Airplane jumps and starfish jump are among the Trampoline skills introduced at this level. Obstacle course style is still used at this level to introduce skills and keep the class fun and engaging.

(45 minutes, includes Tumbling and Trampoline... $35.00 a month)

TUMBLE BEARS (5 years old with no experience, or 4 years with completion of Tumble Cubs or coach approval)

This class is for the student who has knowledge of the basic tumbling skills (i.e. front rolls, starfish jumps) and is ready for new skill introduction. Back rolls, cartwheels, and timbers are some of the tumbling skills introduced at this level. Tuck Jumps, Straddle jumps, Pike Jumps and Seat drops are a few of the trampoline skills introduced at this level.

Obstacle Course style is still used at this level to introduce skills and keep the class fun and engaging.

(45 minutes, includes Tumbling and Trampoline... $35.00 a month)

TUMBLE STARS (6 Years and older with no experience, or 5 years with completion of Tumble Bears or Coach approval)

This class is for the student who is ready to take the next step, to begin perfecting the novice skills and be introduced to our third apparatus, Double Mini Tramp. This class is an hour long and will include Trampoline, Tumbling, AND Double Mini. Bridges, Kick-up handstands, and Kabooms are a few of the tumbling skills introduced at this level. Hands and Knee drops, connecting skills, half and full turns are some of the trampoline skills introduced. Students are introduced to the Double Mini Tramp, and will learn how to mount and dismount the apparatus. Some obstacles are still used in this class to maintain a fun and fast paced environment, but stations are integrated to prepare them for the station style of teaching used at the next level.

LEVEL 1 (Must have completed Tumble Stars, or have coach approval)

This class is for the student who has mastered all beginning tumbling skills and is ready to learn how to connect their skills and learn routines. In addition to learning Level 1 routines, Roll to Step-outs, Cartwheel to Hollow, and handstand snap downs are a few of the tumbling skills introduced at this level. Seat to hands and knees, and tummy drops are a few of the trampoline skills introduced at this level. The goal on Double Mini is to master the Tuck Jump as spotter and dismount skills. Station style is used in this class. After each turn the student will attend to 1 -3 stations that train various drills that will help perfect current skills or train new skills.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini...$40 a month.)

LEVEL 2 (Must have completed Level 1, or have coach approval)

This class continues with perfecting the beginner skills but will begin to integrate intermediate skills. Round-offs, Handstand to roll down, and Barrel back-handsprings are some of the skills introduced at this level. Swivel hips and back drops are a few of the trampoline skills introduced. The goal on Double Mini is to master the Straddle jump as a spotter and dismount skill. Station style is used in this class. After each tum the student will attend to 1 - 3 stations that train various drills that will help perfect current skills or train new skills.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini... $40 a month.)

LEVEL 3 (Must have completed Level 2, or have coach approval)

This class is the introduction to what we call the "flip" stage! Students in this class have completed mastered all beginner skills, intermediate drills, safety drills, and are ready for the next stage. The tumbling focus at this level is to perfect the power hurdle round-off, running round-off, and back-handspring on the tumble tramp/incline mat, or soft mat. The trampoline focus is to complete the level 3 trampoline routine, and be able to perform and back drop pull-over pike, and a front flip from a hands and knees drop. The goal on double mini is to master the pike jump as a spotter and dismount skill, as well as the Y2 tum as a dismount skill. Station style is used in this class. After each tum the student will attend to 1 - 3 stations that train various drills that will help perfect current skills or train new skills.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini... $40 a month.)

LEVEL 4 (Must have completed Level 3, or have coaches approval)

Students in this class have mastered the back handspring on the tumble tramp and are ready to gain independence on the spring floor! The Tumbling goals of this class are to perform a round-off back-handspring without coach assistance, and begin multiple back-handsprings on the tumble tramp. The Back tuck and the Front tuck are a few of the trampoline skills introduced at this level. The goal on Double Mini is to master the 1/2 turn as a spotter skill, and the Tuck jump as a mounter skill. Station style is used in this class. After each tum the student will attend to 1 - 3 stations that train various drills that will help perfect current skills or train new skills.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini ... $40 a month.)

LEVEL 5 (Must have completed Level 4 or coach approval)

Students at this level have mastered the beginning "flipping" skills and will be introduced to intermediate "flipping" skills. Multiple back handsprings and back tuck are some of the tumbling skills introduced at this level. The back tuck and front tuck are mastered on trampoline, and the back pike is introduced. The goal on Double Mini is to master the Straddle jump as a mounter skill and the front tuck as a dismount skill. Training Style is introduced at this

level. Students are introduced to strength and conditioning skills that will take their training to the next level.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double Mini ..... $40 a month)

LEVEL 6 AND UP (Must have completed level 5, or have coach approval)

Students at this level have mastered "flipping" skills, and are ready to begin "twisting" skills. At Level 6, students will be introduced to front twisting skills. At level 7, students will begin back twisting skills. The goal on double mini is to master the front pike as a dismount skill and to begin combing flipping skills as spotter, mounter and dismounting skill.

(60 minutes, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double Mini .... $40 a month)

PRE-TEAM (Must have completed AT LEAST Level 1 AND have coaches approval)

This is for the student who thinks they may want to compete! Attending competitions is optional at this level but the class will be taught as if all students intend on competing in the near future. Routines on Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini will be taught according to the student’s current level, while still teaching skills in the approaching level to ensure continuous progression. Students in this class will have the option of attending several competitions throughout the competitive season.

(75 minutes ... Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini... $50 a month) Additional fees for competition may apply - i.e. competition registration fees and leotards.

Parsons Tumbling and Trampoline is a member of

OMPETITIVE TEAM (Must have completed AT LEAST Level 3 AND have coach’s approval)

Students in this class are required to attend at least one competition a year. The PRC T&T Competitive Team can take your goals to the next level. If you are ready to think big, train hard, compete with the best, and have loads of fun, then the Competitive Team is where it's at! Team meets twice a week, and competitions typically take place between October - July. We compete in local, Regional, State and NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

TUMBLING ONLY CLASS (CHEER TUMBLING) (ages 12 years and up only)

This class is for the middle school or high school student. The class will focus on perfecting the Round- off, learning the back-handspring, and beginning progressions into the front tuck and back tuck. Trampoline will be used for skill instruction and drills, but the focusing is on learning a Round-off Back-handspring.

PERFORMANCE CHEERLEADING

(Elementary to High School)

Ready?!? OK! Cheerleaders will be taught arm motions, dances and jumps, to prepare for several performances. Each session will be a 6 week commitment and good attendance is mandatory. Participants will be required to purchase a team uniform. We are accepting ages 1st through high school. The number of participant and their ages will determine the number of squads. Must have 6 girls for a squad. Spring session starts in April and will practice through May, with performances at Katy Days, Flag Day, Relay for Life (these events are subject to change).

OPEN GYM (MUST be 6 years or older to attend)

Open gym is open to members and non-members. This is a supervised gym hour for students to come in and work skills on their own. The class is supervised by a trained coach but is not structured as a class would be. Students are free to move between stations and apparatus to get all the practice they wish.

(60 minutes .... $5.00 per hour per student)

SUPER SATURDAYS

(1st – 6th grade)

Are you looking for something fun for your child to do on a Saturday evening!?! Super Saturdays are a chance for your child to jump, tumble and play in our tumbling gym. This is a supervised event; however no coaching will be done during this time. All participants must have a waiver with parent’s signature in order to attend.

(6:00 - 9:00 pm…. Cost is $10.00 per child)

All Fees are due the FIRST week of each month. After the 15th of each month, there will be a $5 late fee

Birthday Parties in the Tumbling Gym

Book your party with us to jump/tumble and have fun with your friends. We offer one hour of supervised gym time to use our trampolines, rock wall, inflatable and obstacles. An additional 30 minutes is designed for you to bring your treats and celebrate with your cake, presents, etc. Each participant is required to have a signed permission slip that you may add to your Invitation.
