A website with an app you can download that will have short videos of skills that you can utilize for practices. For example, they have videos for jump stops, boxing out, defense, etc. There are videos for 10 best drills for 8 year olds, 10 year olds and so on. It's a good resource if you are looking for some new drills to incorporate into your practices.
Grass Lawn Park - 148th AVE NE Parking Lot Replacement Project
This project will begin on Monday, August 26th and it is estimated to last approximately 6 weeks. The first week will consist primarily of staging, but after the contractor is set up, there will be intermittent full and partial closures of that lot. The contractor will be using that middle bay of the 148th parking lot as the staging area, so that will be closed for the duration of the project. The parking lot on Old Redmond Road (the SW side of the park) will remain open to park users.
