Tournament Info

This is a 3-game guarantee tournament.  Pool play on Friday and Saturday.  Bracket play on Sunday and 1st & 3rd place games play on Monday.   
Tournament Divisions: 10U, 12U and 14U 
Division Ages: Age as of 8/31/24
Tournament Entry: $625 per team 
Game Times/Days:
    Pool Play - Friday & Saturday - Home team decided by coin flip
    Bracket Play - Sunday
    1st and 3rd place final games - Monday

Rules

Little league Green Book rules apply except modifications for lineups and pitching.  For all divisions, you can bat 9, 10, or the entire lineup, your choice.  Pitching rules are standard for a 4 day tourney. Pitching goes by innings, not pitch count.

Bracket Play Seeding

Seeding will be determined by the following (in case of a 3-way tie or more, after a seed is determined, the process starts back at 1 for the next seed to be determined and continues that path until all ties are broken.) 
    1. Winning percentage 
    2. Head-to-Head 
    3. Runs Against 
    4. Runs For 
    5. Total Run Differential 
    6. Coin Toss (Sunrise Little League Board Member) 
Home/Visitor 1st and 3rd Place Games will be decided by highest seed going into games.

Manager Requirements

Once registered, Managers will receive a link to a drop box folder to upload required documents. 
This allows us to pre-approve your team for a quick check-in process. 
Required Tournament Documents: 
    - Team Roster  Excel  PDF
    - Medical Release Form signed by parents 
    - Birth certificate copies 
    - Insurance doc with "Sunrise Little League" Listed as additional insured
          ( if you are little league, have them help you with this)
    - Payment in full is due before team will be registered for tournament
    - Parent Code of Conduct

If paying by check:
Email the SLL Player Agent (playeragent@sunriselittleleague.com) Prior to mailing payment.
Include details in email - Manager name, contact info, division and team name registering.

All team managers will need to check in prior 1st first game.  Tournament table will be near the Snack Bar.

Parking

All games are played at C-Bar-C Park. Parking is free.
Please DO NOT block or enter the white gate at the end of the parking lot.  This needs to remain clear for emergencies.   
Please DO NOT double park on the dirt, it is inconvenient to those that want to leave at any time during the day.  

Extras

Texas Roadhouse will be on site on Saturday & Sunday.
The Sunrise Little League Snack Bar will be open everyday.
