FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

Application requests for
January 1st through June 30th
we will begin accepting applications on November 1st

Application requests for
July 1st through December 31st
we will begin accepting applications on May 1st

Sports fields & gymnasium use is under the auspices of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District. Facilities may be requested by submitting a completed Field & Gymnasium Use Application form to the H.A.R.D. Sports Office. ALL H.A.R.D. maintained fields & gymnasiums are available for rental during most of the year. The District reserves the right to change or modify any use permits to best serve the interest of local residents and organizations.

FIELD & GYMNASIUM USE APPLICATION FORM

This form will NOT be accepted more than six (6) months in advance and must be accompanied by those items requested in the attached STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS.

*Please note: Availability of dates for facility use are NOT checked over the phone. ALL requests MUST be submitted in writing and PAID FOR IN FULL at least 30 business days prior to reservation date. All changes made to existing permits MUST also be submitted in writing.

NO EXCEPTIONS!
