Rental Information

EWP Pavilion, Botts Park Pavilion, Botts Dock and the fields at EWP are available for rent.

Refer to the Calendar on this website for information on the dates the areas are already reserved.

TERMS OF LEASE

The Mt. Sterling Montgomery County Recreation Commission will not be responsible for any injuries incurred by individuals or groups leasing the facility.

The facility will be left in the order that it was received and the tenant shall be responsible and will be billed for any damage. Trash will need to be removed from the containers.  

Fee Schedule –

• EWP/Botts Park Picnic Pavillion  - $50
• EWP Fields - Weekday - $100/field; Sat and Sun - $250/field .

When Reserving the Shelter:

• If a shelter has been reserved through the Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department by an individual, then it will not be available to the public on that date. All shelters are first-come,first-serve during the week and are rented out on the weekends. 
• Reservations are for the entire day. Shelters/Pavilions are not available for partial-day or hourly rental
