Youth Volleyball

Youth volleyball registration opens June 3rd for the Fall 2024 season! The season will be held October - Mid December on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Teams will be formed based on school attendance areas. Here are the links to each age group:

Youth Basketball   

 Youth Basketball registration will open August 21st, 2024 for all age groups.  The Middle school and High school season start post-Thanksgiving.  The Elementary season starts January 2025.

 Financial Aid

Financial assistance can be requested for programs/classes, community gardens, and affiliated recreational youth sports leagues. Students in the Hillsboro School District who live outside the City of Hillsboro may be eligible for financial assistance for Hillsboro Youth Basketball, Hillsboro Youth Volleyball, and Zone after school program.  One discount per family member, per registration period is allowed. (Fall, Winter/Spring, Summer) Once the financial assistance has been approved, participants must register in person or by phone. Find out more here.

Volunteer Coaches Needed!

Volunteer parent coaches are needed to run our programs successfully.  New to coaching? No worries! Hillsboro Parks & Recreation supports our coaches with a comprehensive coach education program. All coaches receive coaching and sport-specific training as well as in-season support. Let us know at registration if you'd like to volunteer to coach or assistant coach. Selected coaches will be notified of the Coach Orientation meeting.
