Owners Sergio Perez and Monica Schoeman-Perez have extensive knowledge of the HVAC field and have built a reputation for excellence in heating and air conditioning services. Sergio began working for a reputable heating and cooling company 25 years ago. He started as a helper, then became an HVAC system technician, and after five years of fieldwork, was promoted to Field Supervisor.
Sergio gained hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and air conditioning service and oversaw AC installation projects throughout his career. He has trained technicians, provided technical support to homeowners and installers, and acted as the liaison between builders and field personnel. After retiring in 2015, Sergio founded Airview AC, where he took charge of all Residential and Commercial New Construction jobs and retrofits, including replacements of air conditioning units. While enrolled in the A&M Commerce and Technology & Information Systems program, Monica accepted an Accounting position at the same HVAC company. Her sharp business acumen quickly propelled her up the corporate ladder, and she was promoted to CFO of the family-owned company.
