Adult Coed Volleyball League - Winter 2025

League play includes 8 regular season officiated matches followed by a culminating double elimination tournament. To register a team, the fee must be paid in person at the Casper Recreation Center, 1801 E 4th St., or online at www.activecasper.com. Team registration packets are available at the Casper Recreation Center. A roster with a maximum of 10 players must be completed on www.teamsideline.com/casperwy after registration. Casper Coed Volleyball Tournament - Spring 2025

The Casper Coed Volleyball Tournament attracts teams from all over the Rocky Mountain Region for a weekend full of fun and volleyball! The power division is the highest level of play in the tournament. Tournament format is pool play all day Saturday and double elimination bracket play on Sunday. Pool play schedules will be posted online at www.crlasports.com. TIPS FOR CHOOSING YOUR TEAM’S DIVISION (This is only a tool to help you select appropriately): It’s helpful if teams play on a recreation league- D1-5 Power/Semi-power, and D6-8 Novice. Power – Knowledge of the game, ability to implement offensive and defensive strategies (5-1, 6-2, etc). Teams have two or more hitters and a decent setter/s. Semi-power – Knowledge of the game, a somewhat effective setter and at least one fairly consistent hitter. Teams have an idea about offensive and defensive strategies but don’t necessarily carry them out effectively on a consistent basis. Most players serve overhand. Recreation –Teams don’t know how to carry out game strategies or bump, set, spike consistently. No one on the team played college volleyball. No jump serves.
