New: PLAYOFF rule – MISSING PLAYERS
If a team is missing a player, then the next rated player will bat twice each time through lineup 
For example, if a team is missing their 4, then the 5 will bat twice 
That player will also be allowed to pinch run twice in the game
	•	if 14 is out, 13 bats twice.
	•	“Always Bat 14”. Unless both teams are missing equal round player(s). The rule is still enforced otherwise.
	•	Pinch running: for any player batting twice. First AB normal MVP runner rules apply. Second AB, last batted out can be used unlimited and will not count against normal runner rule.
	•	Late player arrival: Rule will be in effect until player arrives and will be required to slot into one of the two batter spots. Min innings rule is still enforced 
	•	Injured player: if a player gets injured during game, the rule will be enforced and next rated player will bat in injured batters spot in order for the remainder of the game.
