Cupertino Union School District believes that extracurricular activities such as After School Sports constitutes an integral part of our students' education. In order to continue to run the After School Sports Program at a consistent and high level and to maximize the benefit and enjoyment for your child, we rely primarily on contributions from the parents of the participants. While payment is voluntary, and no student will be excluded from an activity because of a failure to do so, we ask each family to contribute at least $154 for each sport the child participates in during the school year.
Your contributions to the After School Sports Program helps pay for coaches, officials, uniforms and equipment.
The average cost to the District is $154 per student per sport played.
Donation Levels
Bronze Level ($154) Sponsors give us the ability to ensure this athletic program continues to succeed with hiring quality coaches and officials.
Silver Level ($200) Sponsors not only allow us to hire quality referees and coaches, but your donation also helps to provide for sports equipment and uniforms.
Gold Level ($300) Sponsors allows us to cover all of our program costs of coaches, referees, uniforms, awards, and equipment while also providing our schools with the resources needed to put forth the best After School Sports program possible. Your generosity as a Gold Level Sponsor is truly appreciated!
Sponsor ($100 - $500) Variable amount sponsors are always needed to allow us to meet the ongoing costs of running the After School Sports Program. Your contribution to the After School Sports Program pays for uniforms, equipment, officials, and coaches.
It is possible to donate to the Valley Athletic League with employer matching funds and we will provide documentation upon request for matching donations as needed.
In order to sustain the After School Sports Program, donations will not be refunded for student athletes who are are participating on teams and competing in the league.
