Frequently Asked Questions

What time is my tee time?: When you register for each tournament, you choose your own tee time. Tee times are subject to change by up to 15 minutes based on each courses tee time intervals.

How can I play with a friend?: Be sure to communicate with each other before registering. Both of you should pick the same tee time for that specific tournament. If a tee time is not available, register for a different time and email Jordan at JCrowe@GoldCrownFoundation.com.

Will the tee sheets be available to see?: Yes, the tee sheets will be emailed out and posted to our website 5-7 prior to each tournament.

Will the scores be posted?: Yes, all scores will be posted on our website by the Friday or Monday following the tournament.

Are range balls included?: This will vary from course to course. Some tournaments range balls will be included, some will be available for the players to purchase. We will try to communicate this out with the tee sheets.

Do you need volunteer help?: Yes! We are always looking for volunteers to help us keep an eye on all of the players. If you are interested, please email Jordan at JCrowe@GoldCrownFoundation.com.

Are their prizes for the winners?: At this moment, there will not be any prizes for the winners. However, we are trying to change that so please check back here for an update.
