Complete this form if your child does not have a team to play on.
1. After completing this form, Staff will work to assign players to teams as the Teams register.
2. After you complete registration, the sports staff will assign your child to a team.
3. Once your child has been assigned to a team your will be notified by the team coach or sports staff to let you know when practice will begin.
Note: The Parks and Recreation Department charges $28.75 per player.
