Grass Outdoor - Summer 2025

Location:

• Large field at Centennial Park in Castle Rock near the intersection of South St. and Gilbert St. This is not in Centennial, CO.
• You cannot see the field from the 4-way stop at South and Gilbert. Continue east on South St.; there is parking along the street.

Schedule:

• Thursdays, 6/26/2025 - 9/25/2025
• June, July, and August: 6p-8p
• September: 5p-7p

Format:

• Rotating mixed 4v4
• You will swap teams after each set
• You will receive an individual score for each set matching your team's score
• Individual players are ranked by their average points/set for an even comparison, however you need to participate in at least half of the total sets to be eligible for the rankings
• The last week of regular play will be 9/11/2025. The top 4 ranked women and top 4 ranked men at that point will be awarded a position on the championship court on 9/18/2025. Additional information will be provided as this date nears.
• Players not in the championship will be able to play pick-up games on 9/18/2025 and all players will be able to play pick-up games on 9/25/2025

Fees:

• $50 for the season (this is just over $3.50 per week!)
• $8/week if paying separately for each week you play

Awards:

• A Wilson OPTX outdoor volleyball will be awarded to each of the following players:
• Overall cumulative points leader at the end of play on 9/11/2025
• #1 ranking woman 
• #1 ranking man
• Player with the highest average points per set in the championship match on 9/18/2025*
• Top woman
• Top man
• (*Only points earned in the championship match apply to this average)
