Games: All Divisions play Sundays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The league is 7v7 and follows FFFL Rules. The season consists of a 9 regular season games, followed by a single elimination tournament. Game are played Sundays at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30pm, 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.(depending on number of teams.) There is limited space in each division. Games will consist of four ten-minute quarters with a running clock. Players must be at least 18 years old to participate in this league. Teams must need to provide their own uniforms or shirts of like color with numbers on the back as well as flags and footballs.
