Spring Break Program
WHO: group of 7 athletes MAX, Ages 13 – 18, boys and girls
WHEN: March 8-11, Monday-Thursday (2-2:40pm)
COST: $60 per athlete
This explosive jump program is designed to increase vertical explosion and plyometric power.
