2024-25 After-School Programs
This registration is for the entire school year (8/20/2024 - 6/2/2025). We are committed to providing your children a safe, inviting environment to complete homework assignments, have a snack, a hot meal & be involved in creative activities with their leaders & peers. Please enroll in the payment plan, by choosing '1st payment', to be charged weekly (elementary school) or monthly (middle school). You will not be charged for the weeks we are closed. While we're not discounting shorter weeks, we do offer full day programming during Spring Break at no additional fee for our registered families. Calendar HERE. For eligible ELOP families, there is a separate no cost offering. You MUST provide your child's CUSD ID # and your eligibility will be confirmed. ELOP INFO
1) Elementary School (1st-5th) $25/week- This is an on-going weekly commitment & fee, charged on Mondays. Open from the end of the typical school day (2pm) until 6:30pm & takes into account early out Tuesdays & other scheduled minimum days.
2) Middle School (6th-8th) $35/month- This is an on-going monthly commitment & fee, charged on 1st Friday of the month. Open from the end of the typical school day until 6:30pm & includes minimum days.
3) Drop-In Package (1st-8th) $100 for 10 visits- This is a one-time charge designed for families only needing occasional visits. Can be used during Spring Break. Non transferable to other programs. This option is not viable for getting a bus pass to the Club, as regular usage is requested by the CUSD transportation office.
4) Mark Schmitt College Bound & Workforce Readiness Program (High School) $25/year- For our 9-12 grade members looking for workshops, homework help, ACT/SAT Prep & after-school snacks at an extremely affordable price.
5) ELOP Approved Kids (1st-6th) No cost, as the district will cover the fees. Same programs as Elementary and Middle School. All ELOP families are required to complete THIS form, 1 per child.

Playoffs: May 5, 2025 - May 16th, 2025

Evaluations:
Monday, Jan 27th @ 4:00 pm: All Kindergarten & 1st grade
Tuesday,  Jan 28th @ 4:00 pm: All 2nd & 3rd grade
Wednesday,  Jan 29th @ 4:00 pm: All 4th & 5th grade
Thursday, Jan 30th @ 4:00 pm: All Middle School


Season Schedule:
Boys K - 1st Grade: Mondays @ 4:00-5:15 pm (Hardwood Gym)
Boys 2nd - 3rd Grade: Mondays @ 5:30-6:45 pm (Hardwood Gym)
Boys 4th - 5th Grade: Mondays @ 4:00-5:15 pm or  5:30-6:45 pm (Carpet Gym)
Boys Middle School: Wednesdays @ 4:00-5:15 pm or 5:30-6:45 pm (Carpet Gym)
Girls K - 3rd Grade: Tuesdays @ 4:00-5:15 pm or 5:30-6:45 pm (Carpet Gym)

ELOP:
Indoor soccer is free to families who qualify through the CUSD Expanding Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). Eligibility is based on total household income or participation in an assistance program such as CalFresh, CalWORKS, Medi-Cal or other social services. If you're an ELOP Family, please enter your coupon code "ELOPINDOOR" at checkout (K-6th only). You will need your child's CUSD ID number. We are a provider, we do not manage the ELOP program, learn more here.

Please note that the times above are the times you are expected to be at the Club. Practice/Warm up will take place 30 minutes before each game. Games will start at 4:30 or 6:00. All game days/times are subject to change.

Adult Pickleball (2024-2025) - Annual 2024

Below are the options for our Adult Pickleball registrations.

The program runs Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The fall and spring sessions will cost $150 each. The annual membership cost is $300 and runs from August 26, 2024 – May 23, 2025 (With closure dates listed below). You may also join for a monthly fee of $50/month.
