2025 Summer Camp - Summer 2025

The Boys & Girls Club is pleased to offer a low cost summer experience to our members & their families. Our trained staff is geared towards leading children in organized games & activities each day in a fun & safe environment. Summer camp is available for children who have completed kindergarten through middle school. There are limited Leaders In Training positions for high schoolers. Please contact us for info and to set up an interview if you are interested in our L.I.T Program. Payment plans available for most offerings, the payment schedule will be in your confirmation email. Field trips are available in this registration for additional fees. Some field trips will be added throughout registration so make sure you check back regularly for new trips.

The Club is open from 8:00am until 6:00pm Mon-Fri. We will be closed July 4, and have a minimum day on Friday, June 13th, closing at 2pm for Professional Development. Please bear in mind the members participate in large group, safe, low impact activities before and after the designated 10am-4:00pm time frame. We offer free snack & lunch everyday to all campers (except Thursday lunch & certain field trips). Due to the fact that we charge 70-80% less than similar type youth programs, your fees are immediately used to fund the programs and pay the staff. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

2024-25 After School Program - Annual 2024

2024-25 After-School Programs
This registration is for the entire school year (8/20/2024 - 6/2/2025). We are committed to providing your children a safe, inviting environment to complete homework assignments, have a snack, a hot meal & be involved in creative activities with their leaders & peers. Please enroll in the payment plan, by choosing '1st payment', to be charged weekly (elementary school) or monthly (middle school). You will not be charged for the weeks we are closed. While we're not discounting shorter weeks, we do offer full day programming during Spring Break at no additional fee for our registered families. Calendar HERE. For eligible ELOP families, there is a separate no cost offering. You MUST provide your child's CUSD ID # and your eligibility will be confirmed. ELOP INFO
1) Elementary School (1st-5th) $25/week- This is an on-going weekly commitment & fee, charged on Mondays. Open from the end of the typical school day (2pm) until 6:30pm & takes into account early out Tuesdays & other scheduled minimum days.
2) Middle School (6th-8th) $35/month- This is an on-going monthly commitment & fee, charged on 1st Friday of the month. Open from the end of the typical school day until 6:30pm & includes minimum days.
3) Drop-In Package (1st-8th) $100 for 10 visits- This is a one-time charge designed for families only needing occasional visits. Can be used during Spring Break. Non transferable to other programs. This option is not viable for getting a bus pass to the Club, as regular usage is requested by the CUSD transportation office.
4) Mark Schmitt College Bound & Workforce Readiness Program (High School) $25/year- For our 9-12 grade members looking for workshops, homework help, ACT/SAT Prep & after-school snacks at an extremely affordable price.
5) ELOP Approved Kids (1st-6th) No cost, as the district will cover the fees. Same programs as Elementary and Middle School. All ELOP families are required to complete THIS form, 1 per child.

2025 Spring Break (4/7-11) - Spring 2025

This registration is for kids who are NOT current after-school members who are looking for programming for the week of Spring Break- members have the full week of Spring Break included at no extra fee (CUSD schedule). We will be open April 7th-11th from 8:00am-6:00pm for 1st-8th grades, providing activities, snacks & a hot meal at no extra charge. (Thursday your child will need $ for City Lunch, 10am-2:30pm). The weekly fee is $85, the daily fee is $25. All enrollment is done online, but you may pay at the Club with cash or check if needed. FREE for ELOP families, use coupon code ELOPSB25 at checkout (1st-6th only) & submit this form (mandatory!)

Tuesday
- Movie Theater Field Trip! First 70 kids who arrive (after 8am) and are interested and able to attend, will walk to the SC Outlets for a private screening of The Minecraft Movie (PG) and get a snack pack, all at no additional charge! Members will eat lunch, leave at 12 and return by 4:30pm. 

Wednesday
        - Egg Drop
- BBQ Lunch
- Bounce Houses! 

Thursday (must arrive by 10 am & return by 2:30pm)
- City Lunch & Ice Cream Truck

Friday
- Outdoor Water Activities

Additionally there will be more fun activities throughout the day with the staff. Our commitment to keeping the young people we serve safe is always our number one priority.

Adult Pickleball (2024-2025) - Annual 2024

Below are the options for our Adult Pickleball registrations.

The program runs Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The fall and spring sessions will cost $150 each. The annual membership cost is $300 and runs from August 26, 2024 – May 23, 2025 (With closure dates listed below). You may also join for a monthly fee of $50/month.
