5K Waiver

 

 

You agree to follow and abide by the rules, whether written or verbal, of the Town of Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department. You further agree to adhere to all rules and regulations from Douglas County Board of Health, the State of Colorado, and any other applicable laws at the federal, state, or local level. You have read and fully understand and agree with the terms and conditions. You agree and acknowledge that the Town of Castle Rock is not liable for theft, or loss of property. You further agree and acknowledge that participation in the activities made available at the Castle Rock Recreation Facilities, may come with a risk of illness or personal injury for which you assume full responsibility and any risk for yourself and, if applicable, your children, resulting from or arising out of the use of the facilities and equipment. You further agree and understand that the Parks and Recreation Department may use your and, if applicable, your children’s image or likeness in Castle Rock materials for internal and external audiences. These materials may include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, advertisements, brochures, the recreation guide, electronic newsletters, videos and the Town website.
