Youth Flag Football

4th/5th Grade

  • Players will recieve an email (from @chicorec.gov) by Friday 8/23 by 5p (at the latest) with their specific team information. Practices start Monday, August 26.
  • Players' uniforms include a CARD youth sports jersey, a mouth guard (participants must provide their own), athletic shorts/pants (not red or yellow), and athletic shoes (non-metal cleats are optional). The CARD youth sports jersey can be purchased at the CARD office (545 Vallombrosa Ave) for $17. Mouth guards are mandatory to be worn at all practices and games.
  • Games and practices are held at DeGarmo Park at 199 Leora Ct. See the below map for practice locations.
  • All spectators are required to sit on the opposite sideline of the players/coaches. Bring your own chair/blanket!
  • Due to the size of our leagues and not being directly affiliated with any school district, we are unable to change/adjust game schedules for school dances, field trips, events, etc.
  • There is no tolerance for unsportsmanlike behavior from players, parents, or spectators. Check out CARD's Code of Conduct expectations here.
  • Persons or players participating in the activities sponsored by CARD are not covered in any way for personal liability, property damage, medical injuries, etc.
