Women's Self Defense - Winter 2025

This class is an entry level self defense course that requires no previous martial arts training. We will discuss situational awareness and the impact awareness has on you and a potential assailant. We will discuss responses to low, medium, and high threat situations and work in repetition on techniques necessary for the best outcome.
