CYC Chess Registration:
Cost is $85, which includes a team chess shirt. We are adding a $75 concessions fee this year as we are hosting a tournament (1/13/24) and will need some help. This is refunded at the end of the season if you worked your shift. Tournament fees are separate and you will pay the fee ($12 per tournament) when you sign up for tournaments.
Note: Coaches will NOT BE REQUIRED to do concession stand duty, concession fee will be waived.
Practices will be Mondays for Grades K-5th and Thursdays for Grades 6th-8th, right after school. Looking for coaches and/or volunteers to help with practices.
CYC tournament play consists of (4) in person qualifying tournaments and an in-person Finals Tournament. Tournaments are Saturdays starting in the morning and going till early to mid-afternoon.
