Step one: Sign up and move a mile a day
All you do is move your body forward for at least 1 mile, every day, for the month of May. You can walk, run, ride. Just break out of your normal routine and move a mile a day.
Step two: Track your activity
Each day when you complete your activity, simply record on the tracking sheet. At the end of the month you will turn in your sheet and for each day you complete you will be entered to win prizes.
Step three: Sign up for the Virtual 5k Walk/Run/Ride
A good way to celebrate all your hard work is to take your efforts and put them to use. Sign up for the Virtual 5k Walk/Run/Ride scheduled the week of May 17th-23rd for additional chances to win prizes
