Cancellations: In case of cancellations due to inclement weather or wet fields, please sign up to receive text alerts from JC Parks via TeamSideline. An email will also be sent to coaches & parents. You can also check our cancellations website. We usually make a decision on cancellations at about 3:00 PM. Please do not contact us about cancellations, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Make-Ups: Please keep 2-3 weeks open at the end of your game schedule for make-up games.
No games on Memorial Day, Mon. May 25.

League Rules: Please read and be very familiar with the League Rules.

Concessions: We do not provide concessions at Vivion field.
Facility Supervisors: The supervisor at Vivion field is also working at Optimist Sports Complex, but will check in periodically throughout the night. If you need assistance during your games, please see the Facility Supervisor on duty. Please report all emergencies, accidents, incidents, etc. to them ASAP.
Scoreboards/Scorekeepers: We will not use the scoreboard at Vivion field. Each team is responsible for supplying one volunteer to keep a scorebook (paper or online).
Sportsmanship: Everyone must use good sportsmanship at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any bad sportsmanship. Consequences will include ejections, suspensions, removal from the league and any means necessary.
