Alexsandra Flores was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas, by her parents Jaime and Laura Flores. She attended Lufkin High School from 2012 to 2016, where she excelled in softball, playing varsity all four years and earning accolades such as First-team all-district and All-district MVP. Continuing her softball career, she attended McNeese State University from 2016 to 2020, where she achieved numerous accolades, including Second Team All-Conference and First Team All-Conference. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Chiropractic. After college, Alex pursued dental hygiene, attending Concorde Career College in Dallas, and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. Her interest in softball began at Lufkin Parks and Recreational program.
Individual registrations per age group
Ages 5-14 as of September 1, 2023 -August 31, 2024
Games will be played on Mondays and Thursdays.
Games will be played at Kit McConnico Park.
*May have games in Diboll, Huntington, and Central
Softball Bat - The official bat may be marked USA Softball by the manufacturer and shall be no more than 34 inches long nor exceed 38 ounces in weight. The official bat shall not be more than 2.25 inches in diameter at its largest part, including any tolerance for expansion.
Softball Helmet - must be free of cracks or other visible damage, and all of the internal padding must not be missing, tattered, torn or frayed.
Softball Glove - Pitchers are not permitted to wear a yellow glove or a glove that is any manner distracting to the hitter.
Softball Cleats - Athletic shoes or softball cleats (No Metal Spikes).
Socks - The coach will decide on the color.
Belt - The coach will decide the color.
