New Rule (2-Week Test)
For the first 2-weeks of the season we will be testing a new time limit rule that if accepted after the 2-week test period will be implemented into this season's playoffs
RULE: 55-minute time limit +1 inning
Example: the 55-minute time limit is reached in the top of the 5th inning; you would complete the remainder of that inning then play the 6th inning following normal rules & with run rule still in effect
