2025-2026 Coach and Assistant Coach Registry - Annual 2025

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Montgomery County Recreation. To ensure the safety and quality of our youth sports programs, all Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must complete the Volunteer Registry before participating in any team activities.

Required Steps:

• Fingerprint-Based Background Check (One-time)
• General Volunteer Form (Annually)
• Annual Review & Acknowledgment of:
• CDC HEADS UP: Concussion Awareness
• Abuse Prevention & Mandated Reporter Literature
• Project Play: Children’s Bill of Rights

2025-2026 Team Manager Registry - Annual 2025
