Spring Skills Academy focuses on targeted volleyball skills through 90 - minute instructional sessions. 

DATES: March 21st, April 4th, April 18th, May 16th and May 30th. 

GRADES: 4th Grade - 8th Grade (Athletes will be divided by age groups)

TIMES: 9:00am - 10:30am OR 11:00am - 12:30pm 

SESSIONS: 

March 21st: Serving & Passing - 9:00am to 10:30am OR 11:00am to 12:30pm

April 4th: Setting & Hitting - 9:00am to 10:30am OR 11:00am to 12:30pm 

April 18th: Defense & Serving - 9:00am to 10:30am OR 11:00am to 12:30pm

May 23rd: Setting & Passing - 9:00am to 10:30am OR 11:00am to 12:30pm 

May 30th: Hitting & Defense - 9:00am to 10:30am OR 11:00am to 12:30pm

NOCO Basketball | Small Group Training - Spring 2026

WHEN: Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays in March, April, and May

AGE GROUPS: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade, 3rd - 5th Grade, 6th - 8th Grade | Boys & Girls

TIMES: 

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade: 4pm - 5pm 

3rd - 5th Grade: 5pm - 6pm 

6th - 8th Grade: 5pm - 6pm

May 8th: Passing and Ball Control

May 15th: Setting and Overhand Passing

May 22nd: Serving and Attacking

May 29th: 4x4/6x6 Competition 

TIME: 6:00pm - 7:30pm 

GRADES: 4th - 8th Grade (Athletes will be divided by grade level.) 

PRICE: $45 per athlete 

FORMAT: Volley Essentials is designed for athletes of all skill levels who want to master the fundamentals of volleyball while taking their abilities to the next level.

NOCO Soccer | Spring Tournament - Spring 2026

NOCO Sports Center is excited to announce our spring soccer tournament, which will be hosted at Wild Wing Park in Timnath, CO! This one-day event is for teams looking for a fun way to finish up the spring soccer season.

AGE GROUPS:

U5 (2021, 4v4) - $200 per team. All teams are considered recreational

U6 (2020, 4v4) - $200 per team. All teams are considered recreational

U7 (2019, 4v4) - $200 per team. All teams are considered recreational

U8 (2018, 4v4) - $200 per team. All teams are considered recreational

U9 (2017, 7v7) - $350 per team - recreational and competitive

U10 (2016, 7v7) - $350 per team - recreational and competitive

U11 (2015, 9v9) - $450 per team - recreational and competitive

U12 (2014, 9v9) - $450 per team - recreational and competitive

NOCO Volleyball | High School Preseason League - Summer 2026

WHEN: June 7th, 14th and 21st (Sunday afternoons only)

TIME: Between 11:00AM and 4:00PM 

DIVISIONS: JV and Varsity 

GAMES: Each team will play 2 matches best 2 out of 3. Cap at 27 and 17 if needed. 

OFFICIATING: We will provide an up official, teams will need to officiate when they are off (down official, line judges and scorekeeper.)

PRICE: $300 per team

NOCO Volleyball | Summer 4x4 League - Summer 2026

WHEN: Friday evenings between 5:30 pm - 9:30pm in June and July. 

LEAGUE DATES: 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, Tournament:  7/10

High School Varsity 

FORMAT: Teams will compete across four evenings, playing a total of eight games. Each night features two games per team, one set to 25, cap at 30.

PRICE: $350 per team

4X4 RULES 

Each team consists of 4 players and up to 2 substitutes. Players can be substituted at any time but if they are to return can only be swapped for the player that replaced them.
Games are played up to 25 points or timed situation
Violations will be called for the following:
Stepping over the base line when serving the ball.
Ball hits the net and fails to get over the net (If the ball hits the net and still goes over the net then this is perfectly legal).
Players are not allowed to carry, palm or run with the ball.
Players must not touch the net with any part of the body. If the net is said to have hit them rather than vice-versa, then this is ok.
The ball cannot travel under the net.
Players cannot reach over the net and hit the ball.
