Adult Sports League Waiver

 This replaces the paper rosters

Every player who participates in a Redmond Adult Sports League will need to register through Redmond Parks & Recreation in order to participate in any of the leagues. BY REGISTERING FOR THIS WAIVER YOU ACCEPT THE PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT and to follow the league rules.

You will need to accept the code of conduct each year. So, if you register now you will not have to do it again until the new calendar year.  If you play in multiple leagues during different seasons just let your manager know that you have already registered yourself.

Team managers will still need to provide a list of names for their team to the league coordinator.
