1-26 NFL Flag Football - Spring I 2026

Flag Football is designed as a recreational NFL Flag program to make the league more accessible to all experience levels.

Teams are 7-9 players with 6v6 or 5v5 (depending on division numbers)on the field at once.

  • Can I request a certain team or carpool?: We cannot and do not guarantee any request for placement.
  • Can I request a certain Coach?: We cannot guarantee placement on a certain team.
  • Can I request a certain day/night(s)?: With 20-30 teams of 8+ players each we cannot honor requests for specific player schedules.
  • Do you play on weekends?: Outside of opening day games will be Mon-Fri nights (two of weekly) - Saturdays are still possible - we will schedule available practice times throughout the season on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.
  • What time are games/practices?: We start evening events at 6pm and our goal each night is to have the park clear by 9:30pm - (younger teams by 8:15pm).
