Baseball Field Rental – Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Approval

   • You will be notified when your reservation is approved.

   • Once approved, you will be emailed the full Terms and Conditions for renting the baseball field.

2. FOB Deposit

   • A $50 deposit is required for the FOB (entrance gate access).

   • Payment can be made by check or cash.

   • The deposit will be returned after the rental contract has ended, provided all terms are met.

3. Agreement Signature

   • You must sign the Terms of Agreement before using the field.
