Important Update: Adult Sports League Roster/Waiver 

 Dear Team Managers, 

 The Release Agreement for All Participants (aka participant waiver), now also serves as your Team Roster. You can find this document in the Manager’s Packet on the last two pages. ( See "Manager's Packet" tab on TeamSideline) 

• 1) Print the waiver/roster and have ALL players sign it BEFORE your first game. 
• 2) Write your team name at the top of the page. 
• 3) Staff will collect this signed waiver/roster page at your first scheduled game. 

This update ensures all players acknowledge league rules, code of conduct, and reduces the number of signatures required.
