** ATTENTION ALL MANAGERS: You must FIRST register in person at the Rec Center or online at webtrac.cityofwestlake.org before creating a team here. This is the second step in the process and will not secure you a spot if you do not first pay entrance fees. ***

League Offering:             

* Tuesday Coed (DH)           

* Thursday Men (DH)          

* Sunday AM Men (DH)

Team entry fee:

Resident team: $250

Non Resident team: $300

Forfeit fee: $144

Game fees: $36

Games will begin the week of September 7 2021

THIS REGISTRATION SITE TO CREATE A TEAM IS FOR MANAGERS ONLY.  All team members will receive a email invitation to join the team.
