Midwest Halos Muskego - Position Specific Training - Winter 2024

Position Specific Training are 16 week classes led by our elite, skill focused coaching staff (Catching, Pitching, Infield, Hitting, and Velocity) that will start the week of November 4th and run until February 27th.

The focus of PST is to develop our players as much as possible in the specific area of the class. Our younger classes focus more on mechanics where our older groups will push classes faster with reps and skill work. Hitting, Pitching, Catching and Infield Classes are each once per week for 90mins at $400 per 16 week class. Velocity will be twice a week, each class is 90mins and is $700. It is highly recommended and encouraged for all of our players to participate in at least one of our PST's during the winter.

We will not be having classes on: 11/28, 11/30, 12/23-31 and 1/1.

2024 Midwest Halos Fall Ball - Fall 2024

Midwest Halos Fall Ball

Fall Ball will start practicing the week of August 19th with tournament play starting Sept 6-7th weekend.

13/14U will play Sunday Fall League at the Rock. 

15U+ will play 4 tournaments following a similar schedule as our summer. Tournaments are typically Friday nights (not during the day) and Saturday/Sundays. 

Teams will practice once per week with a paid coach. Jerseys and hat provided.

Private Lessons with Collin Yelich - Annual 2023

Collin Yelich is a Westlake Village local who started on varsity for four years at Westlake High School in California. After graduation he attended Sam Houston State University where he played D1 baseball. Yelich was then drafted by the Atlanta Braves after his Jr year and played for their league organization before signing with the Miami Marlins. Collin is the brother of the NL MVP and All-Star Christian Yelich. He specializes in hitting and catching. 

Collin’s focus on lessons whether they are Catching/Hitting is teaching the position with correct form and technique with current drills and information that are being taught at the professional level. Adapting to each individual and making them understand why they are doing certain things and what certain changes will do as each individual is able to do certain things that work for them and building off of those foundations so help them perform at their highest ability.

Are you an aspiring softball pitcher or hitter looking to improve your skills and take your game to the next level? Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from Riley Grudzielanek, a NCAA Division 1 Softball player for the Northwestern Wildcats. Riley graduated from Oak Creek High School as the all-time strikeout and home run leader. She is a multiple-time All-State 1st Team honoree and was named Journal-Sentinel Player of the Year. As a freshman at Northwestern, Riley was a big contributor to the Wildcats who earned a Big Ten championship. She is excited to teach fundamental pitching and hitting mechanics, techniques and strategies and how to develop mental toughness and game preparedness.

Riley is passionate about the game of softball and is dedicated to helping the next generation of athletes succeed. With a proven track record of excellence on the mound and at the plate, Riley provides a supportive and motivating environment for young softball players to thrive.

Fall Clinics - Fall 2024

Fall back into the swing of things with Milwaukee Angels Fall Clinics.  Five (5) weeks of clinics, every Monday & Wednesday, to provide hitting and fielding technique led by our Milwaukee Angels Directors and Coaches.  Fall clinics are open to all athletes ages 6-12 YO in baseball and softball who are interested in improving their game. 

Dates:  Monday, Sept 9th – Wednesday, 9th, 2024

Monday:  Sept 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th & Oct 7th

Wednesday: Sept 11th, 18th, 25th, Oct 2nd, & 9th

Lutz Play Ball League - Fall 2024

Your favorite youth development league is back for the fall season. Coach John Lutz (arguably the best youth development coach in WI), and the Milwaukee Angels (non profit, 501(c)3) coaches along with volunteer players from the Midwest Halos (high school age players) are offering The Lutz League.  There will be four (4) youth practice sessions for ages 5-8 year old boys and girls consisting of group practices and two (2) dates for our end of the season tournament (min of 20 athletes for tournament).

Our Lutz League is the best choice in the local area to assist your athlete with the proper fundamentals of the sport, improve their skills, and have a fun experience in a professional environment.  This league is focused on beginner athletes who would like to explore the introduction to the game of softball & baseball.

Program Schedule:

Wednesdays, 5:30 pm-6:45 pm:  Sept 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Oct 2nd, & 9th

Tournament Date:  Wednesday, Oct 2nd, & 9th (4:00PM-8:00PM)
