Youth Flag Football

Enroll in the Upcoming Spring 2025 Youth Flag Football Season

Description:

• Flag Football league is open to youth in the 2nd-8th grade. All abilities welcome! Register as an individual and be placed on a coed team. Each team has a one-hour practice per week and will play their games on Saturdays. Day, time, and location of practices are determined by the head coach. 

Fees:

• Res. $195 (non-res. $235)
• Flag Belt: $10

Leagues:

• Depending on registration numbers, divisions may be grade specific or combined.

Games:

• Games are typically played on Saturdays between 9 am and 4 pm.
• Games will be played at Ralston Addition Park.

Seasons:

• Spring (March-May)
• Fall (August-October)

Equipment:

• Players must purchase an Apex-issued team shirt and flag belt.
• Helmet, shoulder pads, and metal spikes are prohibited.
• For games, teams may use their own appropriately-sized ball (subject to the approval of the referee) or use an Apex game ball.

Practice Times and Location:

• Each team is allotted one hour of practice per week.
• Practices are between 4-8 pm at an Arvada school.
• Practice day and time is determined by the head coach.
