How can I find substitutes or free agents to play on my team?

Contact your coordinator for a list of free agents who are looking to join a team.

How long do I have to add players to my roster?

The rosters freeze after the fourth game.

How does a player accept a roster invite?

When a player is added to a team's roster, that player will receive an email. Inside that email is a link that they must select on to complete enrollment. The enrollment consists of the player agreeing to the code of conduct and waiver.

One of my players is not receiving the roster invitation. What do I do?

Have your player check their spam folder. Sometimes, the roster invitation goes in the spam folder. If it's not in the spam folder, double-check that the player's email address is correct on the roster.

How can I sign up to receive text message alerts?

Complete the Text Alerts form.

How do I add players to my roster?

The individual who enrolled the team can add players to the team's roster. This individual can log into their account at TeamSideline.com/Apex and add players to the team's roster.

How can I remove a player from my roster who has already accepted enrollment?

You will need to contact your coordinator to remove that player from your roster. Once a player has accepted enrollment, the manager won't be able to remove that player.

When is outdoor free play?

Monday-Friday from 12-5 pm and weekends from 7 am-10 pm (scheduled tournaments have priority over free play).

When and where is organized drop-in?

Organized indoor drop-in is offered at Apex Center and Secrest Recreation Center. Please view the website for specifics regarding when it is offered. At the Marquardt-Miles Outdoor Pickleball Courts at Simms Street Recreation Center, drop-in is Monday-Friday from 7-11 am. The cost is $5 per person. Apex PRD passes, Renew Active, or Silver Sneakers are accepted.

Can I rent an outdoor court?

Yes. Please visit pickleball court reservations. The cost is Res. $10/hour/court (non-res. $16/hour/court).

How do I cancel my court reservation?

Contact Brad Hull at BradH@ApexPRD.org and he will issue you a refund. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to receive a refund. Full refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather.
