When are payments due?
Before the first game.

Who do I contact for a refund?
The coordinator of the program. View the contact list. Refunds can be completed 24 hours after the purchase due to the TeamSideline platform. 

How can I find substitutes or free agents to play on my team?
Contact your coordinator for a list of free agents that are looking to join a team.

How long do I have to add players to my roster?
Rosters freeze after the fourth game.

How does a player accept a roster invite?
When a player is added to a team's roster, that player will receive an email. Inside that email contains a link that they must click on to complete enrollment. The enrollment consists of the player uploading a picture and agreeing to the code of conduct and waiver. 

One of my players is not receiving the roster invitation. What do I do?
Have your player check his/her spam folder. Sometimes the roster invitation goes in the spam folder. If it's not in the spam folder, double check that the player's email address is correct on the roster.

How do I add players to my roster?
The individual who enrolled the team can add players to the team's roster. The manager can log into his/her account at TeamSideline.com/Apex and add players to the team's roster. 

How can I remove a player from my roster who has already accepted enrollment?
You will need to contact your coordinator to remove that player from your roster. Once a player has accepted enrollment, the manager won't be able to remove that player. 

Pickleball Frequently Asked Questions

When is free play?
Monday-Friday from 12-6 pm.
Weekends from 7 am-10 pm (scheduled tournaments have priority over free play).

When and where is organized drop-in?
Organized drop-in is at Apex Center and Secrest Recreation Center.

For the outdoor courts, drop-in is Monday-Friday from 8-11 am. The cost is $5 per person. Apex passes, Renew Active, and/or Silver Sneakers are accepted. 

Can I rent an outdoor court?
Yes. Reserve courts here. The cost is $10 per hour per court for residents and $12 per hour per court for non-residents. 

How do I cancel my court reservation? 
Email Vickie Rodriguez and she will issue you a refund. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to receive a refund. Full refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather. 

Do Apex facilities rent indoor courts?
No.

How do I join a league?
Leagues run every six weeks April-October. View the pickleball registration page

How do I sign up for lessons, mixers, skills and drills, etc.?

How will I know if my pickleball activity is cancelled due to weather?
You will receive an email communication and/or text alert when we deem that courts are unplayable.
