⇻ Birth Cert/Passport/Gov't Issued ID

⇻ Physical/Medical Clearance 

⇻ School Verification for all 8th graders


ELIGIBILITY

⇻ Ages 6-14 or Grades: 2nd-8th 

⇻ Football: 6-years before 8/31/26

⇻ Cheer: Must be 5-years before 8/31/26
