2025 SAND VOLLEYBALL LEAGUES

LEAGUE SESSIONS & MATCH TIMES

• Summer Session I dates: May 6th - July 14th (Monday Leagues start on April 28th to account for missing Memorial Day). 
•  Summer Session II dates: July 21st - Oct 2nd (Oct. 6th for Monday leagues to account for Labor Day). 

M-Th Match Times: 6:00PM | 6:50PM | 7:40PM | 8:30PM | 9:20PM

Sunday Match Times: 10AM | 11AM | 12PM | 1PM | 2PM 

* If there are double headers, we try our best not to schedule you an early match followed by a late match, but things can be overlooked. If you see something like this on the schedule, please reach out to the league organizer at 152clubvb@gmail.com. 

PLAYING LEVELS

• Gold: Highest Level!
• Pass, set, attack, block & dig on a consistent basis. Players have a great understanding of all the positions on the court and can execute all skills with accuracy and power. Our referees strictly adhere to all rules and will call all seen violations are a higher rate.
• Silver: Intermediate Level!
• Pass, set, attack on a semi-consistent basis. Players know how to serve, pass, set and hit but maybe not with great power or accuracy.
• Bronze: Beginner Level!
• Happy to get the ball over the net, vague understanding of the rules.

MATCH FORMAT

• All matches are composed of 3 sets (games)
• Games are played to 21 points with rally scoring (cap of 23 points)
• 45 minute match time limit
• Team will switch sides on the 3rd set at 11 points

FEES & REGISTRATION

• League fees vary based on the format (e.g., 4’s, 6’s, or 2’s) and whether your team is a returning 152 Club VB team or a new team. 
• Men's/Women's/Coed 4s Priority Registration: $240/season; New Teams Registration: $280/season 
• Coed 6s Priority Registration: $220/season; New Teams: $260/season
• Adult Coed Doubles Priority Registration: $120/season; New Teams: $140/season
• Fees must be paid in full before the first scheduled match to secure your spot in the league. 
• Team captains are responsible for ensuring all fees are collected and paid on time.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Monday - Thursday Leagues:

1. Fill out all required information, including team name, captain’s contact information, and roster. (The full roster doesn’t have to be submitted right away during registration.)
2. Submit payment online or through other accepted methods.
3. Ensure all team members sign the waiver before the first match.

Sunday Adult Doubles Leagues:

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Payments can be made via credit card during the registration process. 
• If a team has not paid by the deadline, their spot may be forfeited to a waitlisted team. 
• No partial payments or pay-per-game options are available—fees cover the entire season. 
• No refunds will be issued once the league has started. 
• Refunds may be considered before the first match only if: The team withdraws due to unforeseen circumstances and notifies the league director in advance. A replacement team is found before the start of the season. 
• If a team is removed from the league due to violations of conduct policies, no refunds will be given. 

• Late Registrations & Waitlist: If a league reaches capacity, additional teams may be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a spot opens up. 
• Late registrations are subject to league discretion and may be accepted only if space allows.
