How do I register?

REGISTRATION OPENS March 1st, 2025 *You will first need to create a family account, then add your athlete(s). Once they have been added you can select which program to enroll in. This guide walks you thru the registration steps.


What are the 2025 Registration Fees?

Reg Fees: Early Bird: $325, Regular: $375, Late: $475 

*Additional fee for jersey/cheer uniform.

What documentation is needed to register

1. 2025 SAC Medical Clearance Form - Must be dated after 4/15/25 (This will be coming soon!) 

 2. Copy of Birth Certificate (Only applies to NEW players) - Can be uploaded at registration 

 3. $250 Equipment Deposit Check (Check will not be cashed unless equipment is not returned). 

 4. $200 Volunteer Deposit Check (Check will not be cashed unless volunteers' hours are not completed). 5. A copy of Report Card to prove grade level - Can be uploaded at registration


VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

Each family is required to complete 10 volunteer hours per registration (20 hours max for families with multiple registrants) and submit a $200 volunteer deposit check. Failure to complete required hours by the end of the season or a no-show for a scheduled shift will result in your check being cashed. Opportunities to volunteer will be posted on the team volunteer sign up page. Hours are not prorated. 


IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?

Yes! There is an option to pay $100 up front, then $100 monthly until payments are completed. This can be selected at checkout. For further financial assistance please click email ajtboard@gmail.com.
