Do you have to be a resident of Fairview Park to participate in athletic programs? 

You do not need to be a resident of Fairview Park to participate. However, registration fees may vary depending on membership status and residency. 

How do I register? 

You can register through the Fairview Park Rec website, at the Gemini Center, or by clicking the link HERE for any and all sport programs. 

Can my child be placed on the same team as another for transportation purposes?

We get many similar requests, but we cannot guarantee to place children other than siblings on the same team. In fairness to all participants, our objective is to make teams as equal as possible. This request would be considered if, after evaluations, it is determined that it would have no effect on the parity of the teams.

How do I get in touch?

Can I request to have or to not have my child on a team with a specific coach?

We will consider such a request, providing there are more than 2 coaches in that particular program, and doing so would not affect the league's parity. For example, if we have only 2 U8 soccer teams, we would not guarantee being placed with 1 or the other coach.

What if there is rain forecasted either before or during my child's game?

If there is a predicted chance of rain during or after the game, we will start games and determine a game plan as the weather proceeds to change. If there is a predicted chance of rain before the game, the weather hotline (440)-356-4444 #6 will be updated with any change in regards to game cancellations. 

Where can I find updated schedules for my child's team?

We update schedules as need be. Sports that might have game cancelations due to weather will be updated weekly. Any updated schedules will be posted on our website (https://www.teamsideline.com/sites/Fairviewparkoh/schedules).
