  • Will photography services be available?: No. Photo opportunities will be available, but you must bring your own camera.
  • Does everyone need a ticket?: Parents need a ticket too. Anyone 2 years old or older planning to attend the event needs a tickets. Infants do not need tickets.
  • How many tickets will be sold?: Only 100 tickets will be sold.
  • Can I drop my child off?: No. Under no circumstance may a minor be dropped off without supervision.
  • What if my child is scared of Santa?: Multiple photo backdrops will be available if your child is afraid of Santa.
  • What is the refund policy?: No refunds will be given.
