Field Maintenance
List any field maintenance requests. Included field maintenance: field grooming and lining after every 3rd game. Additional field maintenance may be available based on staff/time availability and at an additional cost.
Meeting Room

Will you be renting the meeting room? Typical usage includes housing umpires, coaches, event staff, equipment, etc. Meeting Room Capacity: 48 people.
Concessions

Do you require Seminole County's concessionaire during your event? Note: Concessionaire has first right of refusal for all events hosted at park.
Gate Fee

Will a gate fee be collected? If yes, Seminole County is to receive $500 or 10% of gate, whichever is greater.
Vendors

Will you be having any vendors? If yes, Seminole County is to receive $100 fee per vendor. Vendors must provide proof of insurance with "Seminole County" listed as additionally insured.
Additional Info
List any additional information regarding your event (ex. pitching/base dimensions, live streaming, meeting room setup, etc.).
Fees
Field rentals: $30/hr/field from 8am-5pm and $40/hr/field from 5pm-park close. Meeting Room: $32/hr. Additional Maintenance/Staff Overtime: $40/hr.
Rental Agreement
Prior to event start, rental agreement must be signed along with any necessary deposit and/or payments.
Personal Coolers
Personal coolers are prohibited. One (1) cooler allowed per team to be used by players and coaches.
Facility Usage
All hitting and pitching must be done in the clay or warning tracks only. Anchored equipment such as pitching mounds and bases may not be moved without prior permission by park staff. Metal cleats are not allowed on synthetic batting cage mats.
Facility Usage II
Damage to facility property will be charged accordingly and fees will be determined by Recreation Facility Manager.
Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather and/or ThorGuard Lightning Prediction System is activated, all activities must cease and fields/batting cages must be cleared immediately. Participants should seek shelter.
Inclement Weather II
Park staff reserves the right to shut down playing fields at any time due to weather and/or playability concerns.
Agree to Terms
I understand and agree to all terms listed above. I understand that failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of rental agreement and/or loss of future events with Seminole County.
