Softball Petition

  1. Players can play up 1 division if they are in the last year of eligibility of their current division without prior approval for all age groups except for 8U (for example, an 8-year-old can play 10U, 10-year-old can play 12U). 
  2. Players that want to play up that don’t meet the above criteria can apply for an exception by March 1st. The player will be evaluated in a “try out“ format by an independent evaluator to determine if they have the appropriate skills to move up a division. 
  3. Players cannot play down a division. Players with special circumstances can petition for hardship, which will be evaluated and determined by the UPL committee.
