B.A.D. A$$ Spring 2026 D league - Spring I 2026

ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT TOYOTA SPORTSPLEX, COAL STREET WILKES BARRE.

GAMES WILL BE HELD MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 8pm*.

    This will be a 9 week session. As rinks will be Closing for Summer Maintenance in June. 

   The focus of our league is to have evenly matched games of balanced and fair teams. 

  This a Draft League. There are no guarantees who you will or will not be playing with. UNLESS you are new to the league then we will pair you with a friend or family member.

  This League is for Beginner, Lower Skilled and experienced players that want to play in a relaxed atmosphere.

 Draft 4/20/2026 - 8:30pm

If we end up with 5-6 teams. A time slot at 9:30 Mondays will be added.

  If you are new Please note the following 2 Points:

     1. To play in the Bad Ass D League, you must have basic hockey knowledge, for example. Have to Know what off side is, knowing positions for offense and defense. We are a D league, not an instructional league. If the Commissioners think you are not suitable, whether skill level, attitude, mentality, or skating ability, you will be asked to do another session or 2 of learn to play.

      2. You must attend the draft skate before the session or you cannot play in the session. If you absolutely can not attend, we may be able to accommodate you in a different way.

WVIHL Hybrid D+/C- Division (Thursdays) - Winter 2026

Game times will be 7:30, 9:00, and 9:15

Registration will close 11pm the night of January 18th.

Draft skate will be on January 22nd at 7:30.

Session will start January 29th and go until the end of April.

WVIHL B Division (Tuesdays) - Spring 2026

C Division Recreational Ice Hockey League.

Program Duration (Just Tuesday Evenings):

• Regular Season/Playoffs - Tuesday February 17, 2026 to Tuesday May 26, 2026

Players must be capable of playing at a reasonable competent level of Ice Hockey. This consists of skating, passing, shooting, positioning, goaltending, and general knowledge of how to play hockey. Players that are below the acceptable level may be asked to play in lower Divisions. This is to provide the best possible experience in a safe and fun environment for all participants/patrons. The WVIHL Board, league commissioner, and Captains committee will address any concerns to player safety, skill designation, team assignment, or other grievances and incidents on or off the Ice while at Revolution Ice Center. Revolution Ince Center holds the ability to prohibit any individual from entering the premises with or without cause. Revolution Ice Center does not represent or have any involvement otherwise with WVIHL leagues other than providing the facility.

ATTENTION!! This will be a 17 week session (including Playoffs) based on number of teams and an agreed upon playoff format to be determined. Because of the elongated session and rise in costs we are giving a "pay in full" option and "split payment" options for teams. There is a $100 discount if you pay using the in full option.  The Split payment option will auto deduct the second and final payment on October 28, 2025.
