New Volunteer Procedure 2026

For All Parents

This season we are once again changing the volunteering procedure. Registration now includes a volunteer fee built in.

All parents are asked to sign up for one volunteer shift on our league website.

When the parent completes their one shift, they will be reimbursed $45.

Wilson Premier Youth Baseball is a 501(c)(3) organization run by Volunteers. We need your help. Feel free to sign up for any spot that is available. You may select multiple spots. 

SIGN-UP IS NOW LIVE

It is very important that volunteers arrive on time. The first hour is the busiest and we need to be fully staffed. If more than 5 minutes late, a volunteer may have to be replaced by a paid worker at the discretion of the Lead Official. Slots that are not filled by volunteers will have to be filled with paid help. We prefer to have all the fundraising go back to supporting the kids, that's why volunteering is so important. Thanks for your help.

How to Register for a Shift:

  1. Visit our Website: Head to our home page at Wilson Premier Youth Baseball

  2. Log In: Click Login in the upper corner of the site and sign in to your account.

  3. Find Opportunities: Click the Volunteer Shift Sign-up button. This will take you to the Available Shifts page.

  4. Claim Your Shift: 

    • Select the Member who will be completing the shift.

    • Choose your preferred time slot.

    • Click the Request button to finalize.

  5. Confirmation: Once requested, the shift will appear under your "Current Shifts," and you will receive a reminder email a few days before your scheduled time.

Important Note: Once a shift is requested, you will not be able to cancel it through the website. If you need to make changes, please reach out to a board member directly.
