Belton Parks and Recreation is committed to ensuring that players of all levels have the opportunity to get the best soccer experience possible. Our goal for the Little Kickers Program is to provide a positive and fun environment to develop both social, and novice soccer skills in a fun and safe atmosphere.  Belton Parks and Recreation encourages passion and enthusiasm for the game of soccer and promotes respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, fans, and self.

The Little Kickers program is an excellent way to introduce the sport to players who have not played before or for younger athletes looking to try a new sport.  Focusing on individual development, foot to eye coordination, and ball familiarity, our Little Kickers program places players in a fun, low-stress environment where they can develop not only soccer skills but also the social skills children need to excel both on and off the field. 

Little Kickers program is designed for new players between the ages of 4 & 6 years old. The program is played on Saturday mornings at Wallace Park, our excellent grass facility next to the High Blue Wellness Center (16400 N Mullen Rd, Belton, MO).   The Little Kickers program takes place on Saturday mornings and features 4 training sessions for the first 4 weeks of the program.  The final  week is considered game week, and that Saturdays will be a game day.  

Advanced Little Kickers is a brand new program this season which will help the progression of advanced players who need more of a challenge. If your child has participated and excelled in Little Kickers previously, this is the offering for you. This program is also excellent for players aspiring to play competitively in the future.  Little Kickers will be on Saturdays alongside the other Little Kickers groups, and the other practice will take place on a weekday that is to be determined. If you are unsure of your players level, don't worry. We can make adjustments throughout the season.
