Daddy Daughter Dance 2026 - Winter 2026

Step into a whimsical world of wonder at our Alice in Wonderland–themed Daddy Daughter Dance!  Guests are encouraged to dress in whimsical tea party–inspired outfits to fully embrace the magic of the night!

Tickets are $40 per father–daughter  couple, with an additional $10 for each extra child. Tickets must be purchased in advance by February 1st, 2026.

Youth Intro to Jiu-Jitsu: January - Winter 2026

Learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense. Your child will learn self-confidence, self-control, problem-solving, and an awareness of their surroundings. Learning Jiu-Jitsu will give your child important skills that will last them a lifetime. Build on your skills each week or hone in skills you already learned.  

Gi required, purchased independently. 

Monthly program.

New session every first Sunday of the Month.

Sundays 5pm-5:45pm

This program happens once a week at Windy River Elementary.

Drop in and see what it's all about before committing. $10 Drop-in Fee.

Aprende los conceptos basicos de Jiu-Jitsu y Autodefensa. Su hijo aprendera a tener confianza en si mismo, a resolver problemas y ser consciente de su etorno. Aprender Jiu-Jitsu le dara a su hijo habilidades importantes que le duraran toda la vida. Desarolla tus habilidades cada semana o perfecciona las que ya aprendiste.

Boardman Rec T-ball & Coach Pitch - Spring I 2026

This program offers youth rec baseball for t-ball and coach pitch aged children. The practices and games will happen in Boardman. 

Registration is FREE for Boardman residents. Thanks to BCDA! 

$45 for non-residents 

Children in Pre-k - kindergarten will be in T-ball. 

Children in 1st and 2nd grade will be in coach pitch. 

This will be a five week season in April - May 

Coaches are always needed.

Volunteer coaches are offered memberships for volunteering! 

Co-Ed NFL Flag Football - Spring 2026

Ages 5-14 are encouraged to come experience NFL Flag football! 

The season will be from April - May. 

 Free for Boardman Residents

Mental Health Color Run - Spring 2026

Join Boardman Parks and Recreation, Community Counseling Solutions, and Columbia River Health for the 2026 Mental Health Color Run!

Strong Minds, Strong Community!

This fun run invites participants of all ages to walk or run through a vibrant course while being showered with color along the way. This untimed event focuses on movement, connection, and reducing the stigma around mental health—all while having fun together. Everyone will receive a white t-shirt and sunglasses! Shirt sizes Youth S,M,L and Adult XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL.

Pre-registration by May 4: Reserves your preferred shirt size

Registrations after May 4th: First come, first served for shirt sizes

8:00 - 8:30 AM ----- Check-in (Separate check-in table for pre-registered participants)

8:30 - 8:45 ------ Group warm up

9:00 AM ----- Start the run

9:20 - 10:30 AM ----- Racers return, take pictures, mingle

10:30 AM ----- Stage presentation by CCS/QPR

10:45 - 12 PM ----- Visit vendors and mingle

12:00 - 12:30 PM ----- Clean up
